I'm Dr. Melynda. My journey into real estate did not begin with wealth, connections, or a roadmap. It began with vision, determination, and the belief that there had to be more than simply working paycheck to paycheck. After serving in the military, leading teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and developing leadership skills, I realized that true freedom came through ownership. At the age of 32, I stepped into real estate with very little knowledge of how powerful it could become. What started as curiosity quickly became purpose. I learned that real estate was more than buying houses, it was a vehicle for creating wealth, building communities, and changing futures.

As I continued learning, I began building homes, developing communities, investing in rental properties, and revitalizing commercial spaces. I discovered strategies that many people were never taught growing up, leveraging Other People's Money (OPM), understanding deal structures, finding value where others saw problems, and creating passive income streams. Over time, I developed single-family communities, multifamily projects, and hospitality developments while helping others understand that wealth building was possible no matter where they started. My portfolio exceeds $5 million dollars in real-estate assets.

I realized that many young adults, minorities, and working families were never exposed to these opportunities, and I became passionate about teaching what I had learned through experience.

Today, my mission through P31Keys is bigger than real estate itself. It is about helping the next generation think differently about money, ownership, leadership, and legacy. I want young people to understand that they do not have to wait until they are older to build wealth. You do not need to come from money, have perfect credit, or know all the answers to get started. If someone had shown me in my twenties what was possible through real estate, my journey would have started much sooner. That is why I now dedicate my time to mentoring, teaching, and creating opportunities for others to learn the blueprint that changed my life, because one deal, one opportunity, and one decision can completely transform your future.
